Ryan Companies US Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer Intern in San Diego to support the project team with budgets, cost accounting, invoices, contracts and change orders. The role focuses on learning construction processes, policies, and job-site coordination.

You will develop skills in scheduling, quality control, safety, and reading drawings while gaining exposure to estimating techniques and cost control methods on real projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering/management or related field, within 18 months of graduating.
• Able to work 40 hours per week for at least three months.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project team in budgets, cost accounting, invoices, contracts and change orders.
• Support job-site coordination, scheduling, quality control and safety.
• Learn Ryan policies and construction processes.
