Job summary

Ryan Companies Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer Intern in Tampa, FL to support the project team while learning construction industry processes and company policies.

You will gain hands-on exposure to budgets, cost accounting, invoices, contracts, and change orders on designated projects. The role focuses on job-site coordination, scheduling, quality control, and safety, with an emphasis on learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering/management or closely related field and within 18 months of graduating.
• It is expected to work 40 hours per week for at least a three-month term.
• Ability to read and interpret contracts, specifications, and drawings.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
