Ryan Companies US Inc seeks a Project Engineer Intern to support project teams in learning construction processes. You will gain hands-on exposure to budgets, cost accounting, invoices, contracts, and change orders while experiencing job-site coordination, scheduling, quality control and safety.

You must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering/management or related field, within 18 months of graduation, and able to work 40 hours per week for at least three months.

Qualifications

• You must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering/management or closely related field.
• You must be within 18 months of graduating.
• You must be able to work 40 hours per week for at least a three-month term.
• You should have basic knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control methods.
• You should be able to read contracts, specifications and drawings, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Gain a working understanding of budgets, cost accounting, invoices, contracts and change orders.
• Develop an understanding of job-site coordination, scheduling, quality control and safety.
