The role emphasizes PFMEA, SMED, poke-a-yoke, and quality control across stages. The candidate will bring a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 5+ years in molding manufacturing, and experience in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Five or more years of experience in molding manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with PFMEA, SMED and poke-a-yoke principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement Deviations and change notices (CN) in SAP.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
• Develop plant budgets and manage asset implementation through project close.
