The program emphasizes mentorship, progression toward project management and related roles, and exposure to multiple competencies across construction disciplines. Travel will be required 30–50% of the year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Aptitude for solving problems and strong organizational skills.
• Ability and eagerness to travel 30–50% of the year.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling and production rate tracking.
