Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; pref. Construction Mgmt, Civil Eng or related field.
• 2.8+ GPA preferred.
• One relevant internship.
• Willing to travel 30–50% of the year.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Aptitude for solving problems.
• Reliable transportation to job-sites.

Responsibilities

• Participate in in-field learning and development.
• Master critical construction skills such as scheduling and production rate tracking.
• Assist with estimating, budget preparation and cost control.
• Support safety management and quality control.
• Develop business relationships with clients and field teams.
• Manage field resources and communicate across teams.
