Job summary

PC Construction Company Career Center is seeking a Project Engineer to join their Seacoast Special Projects Group. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in engineering or construction management alongside at least three years of relevant experience. Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in construction project management or administration.
  • Expertise in interpreting design drawings and specifications.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work.

Responsibilities

  • Review design drawings and specifications to determine scope of work.
  • Meet with clients to develop the scope of work based on existing conditions.
  • Manage subcontractor communication regarding scope, pricing, and schedule.
  • Prepare change orders and maintain contract document logs.
  • Verify material deliveries for compliance.
