PC Construction seeks a Project Engineer for its Seacoast Special Projects Group. The role requires a engineering or construction management degree and at least three years of directing, completing, and financially managing construction projects with self-perform experience.

The candidate will collaborate with owners, design and construction teams through the project lifecycle, travel between Manchester, NH and Portland, ME sites, and manage MEP scopes with a detail-oriented, team-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
• At least three years of experience directing, completing, and financially managing a construction project.
• Experience with self-perform teams and coordination with owner, design, and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Review design drawings and specs to define scope, intent, and issues.
• Meet with clients to scope opportunities and base work on conditions.
• Assemble and distribute bid packages and manage subcontractor communication.
• Perform detailed takeoffs and assist in estimating projects.
