Job summary

F.H. Paschen is seeking a Project Engineer to assist the project manager and team with documentation, control, scheduling and supervision on construction sites. The role requires prioritizing diverse tasks and supporting field operations.

The candidate should have a B.S. in a related field and 1–3 years of experience as a project coordinator/engineer/manager, plus familiarity with construction tech like Blue Beam, Revit, AutoCAD and Procore, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• B.S./equivalent in Construction Management, Mechanical, Industrial or Civil Engineering, or related built-environment degree is required.
• 1–3 years of on-the-job experience as project coordinator, project engineer or project manager is preferred.
• Experience with construction tech tools such as Blue Beam, Revit, AutoCAD, Procore and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards; strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site management to ensure project success.
• Ensure project plan advances to meet deadlines.
• Responsible for RFI and submittal process.
• Process owner billings and project-related accounting issues.

Education

B.S. in Construction Management, Mechanical, Industrial or Civil Engineering, or a degree related to the built environment is required
