Job summary

F.H. Paschen is a construction firm with over 115 years of experience. We seek a Project Engineer to assist the project manager and team with documentation, scheduling and supervision tasks to keep projects moving forward.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, familiarity with construction tech tools, and strong written and verbal communication skills. On-site work and collaboration across disciplines are central to the position.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management, Mechanical, Industrial or Civil Engineering, or a degree related to the built environment is required.
• 1-3 years on the job experience as a project coordinator, project engineer or project manager is preferred.
• Candidates should have experience with technology related to construction, such as Blue Beam, Revit, AutoCAD and Procore and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site management to ensure project success.
• Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines.
• Responsible for RFI and submittal process.
• Processes owner billings and project related accounting issues.
