Job summary

F.H. Paschen is seeking a Project Engineer to assist the project manager and team with documentation, cost accounting, scheduling, and supervision on active construction sites. The role requires coordinating multiple tasks, prioritizing actions, and supporting field operations.

The ideal candidate has a B.S. in a built-environment discipline and 1–3 years of related experience; proficiency with industry software (Blue Beam, Revit, AutoCAD, Procore, MS Office) is preferred and communication

Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management, Mechanical, Industrial or Civil Engineering, or a degree related to the built environment is required.
• 1–3 years on the job experience as a project coordinator, project engineer or project manager is preferred.
• Experience with construction tech such as Blue Beam, Revit, AutoCAD, Procore and Microsoft Office Suite is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site management to ensure project success.
• Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet deadlines.
• Responsible for RFI and submittal process.
• Processes owner billings and project related accounting issues.
