Job summary

ISEC, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to assist the Project Manager with administrative duties, material releases, vendor follow-up, and invoicing support. You will help maintain project schedules, manage submittals, and coordinate with owners and subcontractors on change orders and delivery timelines.

The role supports project control activities, documentation, and field coordination while ensuring safety and quality standards are followed on-site when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience expected.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and finalization of project schedules.
• Manage submittal information and approval processes.
• Assist with administration of subcontract requirements and change orders.
• Coordinate communications with owners, general contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality control procedures are followed per contract documents.
