Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction is seeking a Project Engineer I in Dallas to design formwork layouts in Revit, analyze formwork drawings, and optimize resources. You will collaborate with project teams to coordinate schedules while monitoring safety, cost, and progress, and you will help build and maintain client relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in civil/construction or architectural engineering, plus strong communication skills and ability to read drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, construction, or architectural engineering.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to read and understand drawings.
• Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task in fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the preparation of formwork/framework layout drawings in Autodesk Revit.
• Analyzing and designing formwork.
• Supports the project team in establishing sequential steps and adapting schedules and tasks.
• Monitors safety, cost and scheduling of construction projects.
• Optimizes formwork designs and collaborates with material coordinator to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Develops and maintains customer relationships to procure projects.
• Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
