Minimum qualifications include a Civil/Construction Engineering degree and strong math, drawing interpretation, and CAD/BIM coursework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• Strong mathematical and visualization skills.
• Ability to read and understand drawings.
• Completed CAD/BIM coursework.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan formwork systems for the most efficient, safe, and economical design.
• Prepare structural formwork calculations.
• Perform quality control walks of installed formwork.
• Prepare concrete structure and formwork drawings from project documents and RFIs.
• Review documents to identify conflicts and gaps; suggest solutions.
• Coordinate with field supervisors for material and equipment planning.
• Attend project meetings to resolve technical issues and track progress.
• Incorporate changes from bulletins and change orders into drawings.
