Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Project Engineer I to join our Holly Hill Cement Plant team in South Carolina. The role focuses on identifying and implementing engineering projects to improve plant reliability, cost efficiency and safety.

You will manage multiple CAPEX initiatives while coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to project budgets and schedules. Responsibilities include preparing engineering studies, drawings, and technical documentation; conducting feasibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of work experience.
• Travel to job sites.
• Proficiency with Primavera, Oracle, AutoCAD and Build-to-Win.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and implement engineering projects to improve plant performance.
• Manage multiple projects throughout the year within budget.
• Prepare and review detailed drawings and layouts.
• Assist in CAPEX justification, feasibility studies and cost analysis.
• Provide on-site supervision during CAPEX project implementation.
