Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Reliability Engineer II at the Holly Hill Cement Plant in South Carolina. You will monitor CBM programs, lead PMRs, BOMs, and drive maintenance initiatives to maximize equipment availability.

The role requires 5–7 years in heavy manufacturing, a Bachelor's degree in engineering, and proficiency in SAP, AutoCAD, and MS Project. Relocation assistance is available for local candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 5–7 years in heavy manufacturing or equivalent experience.
• Experience with CBM, vibration analysis, and PMRs/BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor reliability-based systems including preventive maintenance.
• Develop PMRs and BOMs for plant equipment.
• Lead preventive/predictive maintenance programs for optimum availability.
• Oversee work orders with operations and maintenance teams.
• Lead and coach reliability teams and plant personnel.
