Job summary

Southland Industries is seeking a Project Support role to assist the project team on smaller, less complex projects with 25% travel. You will help estimate impact of changes, manage RFIs/submittals, and support procurement and subcontractor coordination.

The position emphasizes staying current on industry trends, assisting the PM with labor and financial forecasts, and resolving basic questions and problems as needed. Join a large MEP firm with strong employee ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Basic ERP skills to review and print job cost reports.
• Basic knowledge of electrical installation practices, materials, equipment and design.
• Ability to read electrical drawings.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills including Bluebeam and Microsoft Office (Excel).
