Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities to support schedules and budgets.
• Design, review, and implement temporary works with safety emphasis.
• Inspect installed work, equipment, and materials; coordinate corrective actions as needed.
• Provide on-site direction and technical support to foremen, crews, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily reports, quantities, and documentation.
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specs.
• Verify materials and workmanship meet project requirements and submittals.
• Enforce safety policies, OSHA regulations, and proper PPE usage.
• Support project cost tracking and coordination with stakeholders.
• Communicate between field, project management, owners, and inspectors.
