Qualifications

• 2+ years of project or field engineering in heavy-civil / heavy-highway construction.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, and field coordination.
• Ability to read civil plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFIs and submittals and coordinate between designers, owner, and subs.
• Support field team with material tracking and scheduling.
• Track quantities, pay estimates, and project costs.
• Review plans to catch conflicts and constructability issues early.
• Keep records aligned to FDOT standards.
