Responsibilities

• Involvement in operations of cost control system.
• Participate in monthly revenue and cost forecasts.
• Prepare monthly pay estimates based on data.
• Process change orders and RFI as directed.
• Coordinate shop drawings and submittals.
• Maintain records of submittals and approvals.
• Manage material deliveries and inspections.
• Negotiate subcontractor and material contracts.
• Assist in developing project schedules.
• Work closely with field personnel on site.
