Responsibilities

• Involvement in operations of cost control system and analysis of construction costs.
• Participate in monthly forecasting of revenue and cost accruals.
• Accumulate data and prepare monthly pay estimates.
• Process and estimate change orders and RFIs.
• Coordinate and schedule shop drawings and submittals.
• Manage material deliveries and inspect for compliance.
• Manage and negotiate subcontractor contracts.
• Assist in developing and updating project schedule.
