Responsibilities

• Forecast revenue and costs accruals monthly.
• Prepare monthly pay estimates.
• Process change orders and RFIs as directed by Project Manager.
• Manage material deliveries ensuring compliance with contracts.
• Negotiate subcontractor and material contracts.
