Job summary

Spencer Construction is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The role demands strong project management and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction softwares.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction engineering or related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction software needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage project controls for compliance with budgets and schedules.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements.
