Responsibilities

• Involve in operations of cost control system and analyze construction costs.
• Forecast revenue and costs accruals monthly.
• Prepare monthly pay estimates.
• Process change orders and Requests for Information.
• Coordinate shop drawings and submittals.
• Maintain records of submittals, approvals, and resubmittals.
• Manage material deliveries compliance with Contract documents.
• Negotiate subcontractor and material contracts.
• Assist in project schedule updates.
• Work closely with field construction personnel.
