Qualifications

• 1–3 years of construction experience in an operational role.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of construction equipment, drawings, HSE, quality, materials, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintains contract with select trade partners and coordinates subcontract administration, including defining work scope and supervising progress.
• Participates in change management and change orders, including pricing, processing and evaluating cost and schedule impact.
• Manages project documents (RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, as‑built drawings) for BL DGIL and CIVIL work and maintains procedures.
• Collaborates with the project team lead in supervising design with timely response to the submittal schedule.
• Reviews trade partners’ submittals for scope, design compliance and readiness for design review.
• Coordinates with project manager and superintendent to manage cost, schedule and quality, and reports progress.
• Prepares and supervises progress claims and estimates; coordinates inventory and material orders.
• Assists with site inspections to resolve constructability and coordination issues, ensuring AHJ and code compliance.
• Supports project closeout, including document archival, warranties and deficiencies.
