RIMEPRO INC. in Southern California is seeking a Project Engineer to support a busy GC team on ground-up commercial projects typically $20M+ across the region.

You will work primarily from active project sites with office time as needed, collaborating with PMs, supers, and field staff to drive project success. You bring ground-up commercial construction experience, strong coordination skills, and familiarity with Procore or similar software.

Formación

• Ground-up commercial construction experience.
• Strong understanding of RFIs, submittals, plans, specifications, and subcontractor coordination.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working closely with field and project teams.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software preferred.
• Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents from preconstruction through project completion.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement logs, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and project teams.
• Assist with subcontractor buyout, scope review, change orders, and cost tracking.
• Track material procurement and long-lead items.
• Participate in project meetings and help resolve coordination and constructability issues.
• Maintain drawings, project records, and documentation through Procore or similar software.

About the Opportunity

We are recruiting a Project Engineer to join an established Southern California general contractor delivering large-scale ground-up commercial projects throughout the region.

This is a strong opportunity for someone with commercial GC experience who has supported sizable ground-up projects and wants to continue growing with a busy, experienced project team. Projects are typically $20M+ and the role will work primarily from active project sites, office as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents from preconstruction through project completion.
