You will oversee field operations, work with project plans, schedules, and cost tracking, and partner with field and office teams to deliver safe, profitable results.

The role requires strong communication, leadership in field-based settings, and the ability to coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in engineering or construction management.
• Entry level to four years of industry tenure.
• Field-based leadership experience.
• Knowledge of route surveying and scheduling.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all schedule preparations and updates, identify critical work items.
• Maintain and communicate project performance metrics.
• Provide leadership and support to area managers.
• Responsible for quantity tracking and assist in project costing and forecasting.
• Resolve field problems, liaise with subcontractors, suppliers & own workforce on field details.
• Coordinate inspections of material deliveries for PO compliance and shop drawings.
• Notify the project team of potential cost impacts due to field problems or conflicts.
• Work with subcontractors and vendors.
• Assist in the preparation of RFIs.
• Assist project close out.
• Foster and maintain favorable relationships with project stakeholders.
• Market and promote the Superior Construction brand.
