The program emphasizes mentorship, competency-based growth, and exposure to budgeting, scheduling, safety and client relations while traveling to sites across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field of study.
• GPA 2.8+ and at least one relevant internship.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% of the year.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong documentation and organizational abilities.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Reliable transportation to job-sites.

Responsibilities

• Support scheduling and production rate tracking.
• Assist with estimating and budget preparation.
• Contribute to project cost control and safety management.
• Support quality control and client relations.
• Help with field resource management and project administration.
