Mission

The mission of this role is to be responsible within an Operating Unit for executing assigned work or tasks.

Main Responsibilities

1. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and report any issues to management.
2. Demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding customer relations, safety, and environmental responsibility.
3. Prepare the job: resource planning, layouts, signage, and tracing; monitor construction progress to ensure timely and compliant completion.
4. Assist in job preparation and budget monitoring, including income and expenditure assessments.
5. Manage and oversee job progress: contingencies, feedback, corrective actions, schedules, orders, deliveries, and inventory.
6. Represent the company to all stakeholders, uphold the company's image, and address customer requests.
7. Lead the team according to project manager instructions, assign tasks, facilitate onboarding and training, conduct interviews, and evaluate employees.
8. Ensure job quality for acceptance, including conducting final inspections of construction projects.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree typically required, with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
