Job summary

MPI is seeking a qualified construction assistant to support documentation, RFIs, submittals, and project tracking on a 36-story multifamily high-rise in Miami.

You will coordinate with field teams and subcontractors, assist with schedule updates and reporting, and maintain accurate records using Procore, contributing to a marquee delivery with strong mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Internship or project experience in commercial or multifamily construction preferred.
  • High-rise or multifamily project exposure is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Technically proficient and eager to learn new systems and processes.
