Responsibilities

• Applies project management skills across all phases: development, justification, design, construction, and start-up.
• Manages multiple projects/programs safely, efficiently, and within budget; develops strategies to meet schedules and mitigate delays.
• Ensures compliance with MOC, PSI, and mechanical integrity documentation; coordinates with external engineering consultants and designers to complete projects and studies cost-effectively.
• Develops scope, cost estimates, and schedules for capital and expense projects; prepares DSPs and presents to leadership.
• Collaborates with Maintenance, Construction, and Turnaround teams to support planning and execution; coordinates with external consultants and internal teams to support execution.
• Participates in HAZOP reviews and incident investigations; applies safety and environmental standards to designs.
