Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, or related).
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or capital project execution.
• Experience managing equipment installations or line upgrades through startup.
• Knowledge of GMPs, food safety, and quality systems.
• Ability to work in industrial environments and move throughout production areas.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end project execution from concept through startup and handover.
• Coordinate technical design and integration with utilities and layouts.
• Direct vendor and contractor performance, RFQs, bid evaluations, and installation.
• Ensure EOHS & quality compliance in all project phases and validations.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations to support site readiness and OEE.
• Evaluate infrastructure impacts on materials flow and utility capacity.
