Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience within a manufacturing or dedicated EHS environment.
• Advanced digital competency, including SAP, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Excel.
• Flexibility to adapt to rotating or non-standard work schedules within a heavy manufacturing environment.
• Preferred: Technical College/Vocational certificate or an Associate's degree in an engineering, manufacturing, or safety-related discipline.
• Preferred: OSHA 30-Hour General Industry Course.
• Preferred: Project management experience with cross-functional problem-solving.
• Preferred: Coaching capability for knowledge transfer and training.

Responsibilities

• Budget management: Formulate and assist in managing the EHS budgets.
• Program ownership: Oversee site-wide environmental and occupational health programs.
• Risk mitigation & compliance: Conduct JHAs and supply appropriate PPE.
• Incident lifecycle & reporting: Document incidents in the SAP system and generate reports.
• Audits & CI: Lead EHS audits and drive continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder & vendor collaboration: Build relationships with regulatory agencies and vendors.
