Job summary

Allegiance Group in Miami, FL is seeking a Project Engineer with around 3 years of experience to support complex commercial ground-up and renovation projects across South Florida. You will work alongside project managers and superintendents, helping manage submittals, RFIs, procurement, and documentation from preconstruction through completion.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3+ years with a general contractor, strong construction knowledge, and proficient use of Procore, Bluebeam and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Approximately 2-3+ years' experience with a General Contractor.
• Experience on commercial ground-up and/or major renovation projects.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and project administration.
• Experience managing submittals, RFIs and procurement.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Procore, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete submittal review and approval process.
• Prepare, track and coordinate RFIs with the design team.
• Monitor procurement schedules and long-lead materials.
• Assist with owner, architect and subcontractor meetings.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
• Support scheduling, cost control and project closeout.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure projects remain on schedule.
