Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years construction engineering experience.
• Understanding of cost accounting and basic estimating.
• Experience with resource monitoring and scheduling.
• Knowledge of design-build and alternative methods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering and field crews to review schedule and resources.
• Review shop drawings, specifications, material requirements and project data.
• Provide input for project work plan and scheduling.
• Track project performance through daily production, schedule and budget.
• Maintain a three-week work plan and report significant changes.
• Initiate and manage RFIs.
• Manage invoicing with accounting and verify permits and quantities using cost codes.
• Review JHAs to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
• Coordinate subcontractor methods and crews as needed.
