Job summary

Lane Construction is seeking an on-site Engineering professional in Pittsburgh to plan, coordinate, and manage construction activities, ensuring schedules and subcontractor communications stay on track. A Bachelor's degree in engineering is required with at least 5 years in heavy civil construction.

You will prepare pay estimates, manage CPM scheduling, budgets, change orders, and cost reports for PM review, and lead regular project review meetings while performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 5 years of engineering experience in heavy civil construction.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Experience with CPM scheduling, budgets and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and manages on-site construction engineering activities and schedules and communicates with subcontractors.
• Prepares monthly pay estimates and updates the Project CPM schedule.
• Prepares, coordinates and updates job budgets, change orders and cost reports for Project Manager's review and approval.
• Prepares and leads regular review meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
