JMJ PHILLIP is seeking a Project Engineer to lead engineering initiatives from concept through completion in a fast-paced setting. You will plan schedules, manage budgets, and coordinate resources while ensuring quality and timely outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work with manufacturing, quality, procurement, and other teams to deliver successful projects.

Qualifications

• Experience managing engineering or manufacturing projects.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate engineering projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and optimize outcomes.
• Coordinate communication between internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers.
