Job summary

JMJ PHILLIP seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead complex programs and ensure delivery against contractual and business objectives. This role provides strategic and tactical leadership across cross-functional teams, balancing delivery, financial, technical, and quality requirements while maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships.

The position offers exposure to aerospace, engineering, and manufacturing environments, with opportunities to work with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant program management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional programs.
• Strong understanding of program planning, financial management, technical requirements, and quality objectives.
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
• Strong technical, financial, and business acumen.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining a high level of accountability.
• Willingness and ability to support on-site activities and international travel.
• Experience working with global customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall program performance and establish strategic and tactical objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program goals.
• Manage program scope, priorities, deliverables, and business objectives.
• Ensure alignment with contractual requirements.
• Identify, schedule, and manage program scope to meet delivery, financial, technical, and quality objectives.
• Plan and coordinate complex interdepartmental projects.
• Track project execution against scope, cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Identify potential issues and implement solutions to maintain progress.
• Lead and participate in program reviews, configuration control, and program control meetings.
• Support customer meetings and maintain effective communication with key stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and business partners.
• Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
