Job summary

Verigent is seeking a Project Engineer for a remote role with up to 75% travel (domestic and international) to support data center construction initiatives. The position is a 1+ year contract with potential extension or conversion and pay range $55-60/hr based on experience.

The ideal candidate will manage documentation, coordinate engineering and procurement activities, review drawings and submittals, and assist with budgeting and schedule updates while supporting site mobilization and field

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of project engineer, assistant PM, project coordinator, construction administrator, or similar experience.
• 1–2+ years supporting data center, mission-critical, or network infrastructure projects.
• Experience with construction drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project.
• U.S. Passport or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities
