Job summary

Westinghouse Electric seeks a Project Engineer – Data Center for a 1-year W‑2 contract in our Engineering & Construction division. You will support data center power projects, making decisions and recommendations that impact major engineering and related project activities.

Location: Juno Beach, FL 33408. Coordinate internal and external engineering resources, provide technical leadership throughout project execution, and deliver standardized, high‑quality results.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering required.
• 8+ years of experience.
• Engineering and project management experience supporting infrastructure, power, or mission‑critical projects preferred.
• Data center or power delivery background preferred.
• Experience managing internal and external engineering resources on projects.

About the role:

We’re looking for a Project Engineer – Data Center on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment (W‑2) in the Engineering & Construction (E&C) division. The role will support data center power projects, making decisions and recommendations that impact major engineering and related project activities. The incumbent will resolve complex technical issues and coordinate internal and external engineering support to deliver projects, reporting to the Engineering Lead of Data Center Project Engineering.

Location: Juno Beach, FL 33408

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all technical aspects of projects from due diligence through completion.
• Support team members, manage external engineering resources and deliverables, coordinate internal engineering resources and SME support, and provide technical leadership throughout project execution.
• Work with diverse teams to support standardized, high‑quality project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (electrical, mechanical, civil, or related discipline).
• 8+ years of experience.
• Engineering and project management experience supporting infrastructure, power, or mission‑critical projects preferred.
• Data center or power delivery background preferred.
• Experience managing internal and external engineering resources on projects.
