You will learn Ryan processes and policies while coordinating with Cost Project Managers, reviewing pay applications, and assisting in project close-out duties.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing.
• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.
• Able to read architectural and engineering drawings and cost-coding systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on job costs.
• Assist in preparation of Potential Change Orders and review of subcontractor change requests; monitor forecasted costs.
• Support cost management across budgets, forecasts, and profit projections.
