Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field or equivalent experience in project/field engineering
• 2+ years’ experience in the construction or engineering field
• Proven leadership and management abilities; strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to set standards of excellence in leadership, safety, quality, and productivity
• Excellent team leadership and management skills
• Proficiency in managing project engineering and related functions
• Working knowledge of accounts payable/receivable, materials control, estimating, job cost updates and subcontracts

Responsibilities

• Understand contract plans and specs and resolve design/construction issues with design team and client
• Support development and maintenance of the project schedule
• Create and manage a contract execution plan
• Provide technical support for construction, including constructability reviews
• Administer document control; maintain current design documents
• Track submittals and project logs, coordinate with field
• Assist in developing subcontracts and vendor purchase orders
• Oversee master schedule updates with scheduling software
• Oversee Contract Administration and change management
• Prepare monthly cost projections and quarterly cash flow
• Support EH&S programs at the project level
• Lead and develop the project team; ensure on-time delivery
• Manage contract closeout and deliverables
• Perform other duties as assigned
