Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction or related field and 2 years' experience or 6 years' construction-related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Generates and manages monthly billing and earned value reporting
• Develops and manages project schedules for small to mid-sized projects
• Analyzes targets, job costs, and reports to inform project decisions
• Coordinates with Superintendent and PM on resource management and procurement
• Generates and reviews budgets, change orders, and procurement plans
• Supports contract management, regulatory compliance, and safety initiatives
• Leads LEAN/SQP initiatives and ensures subcontractor compliance
