Job summary

You will help manage the job transition, coordinate with pre-construction, and assist with change orders, invoices, and constructability reviews while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent construction experience required.
• 2 years of construction-related experience or 6 years of related training/experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.

Responsibilities

• Supports field activities and project administration for multiple projects.
• Manage job transition process and cost/schedule control.
• Develop and manage project schedules for small to mid-sized projects.
• Prepare and review monthly billing, earned value, and cost reports.
• Assist in procurement planning, PO generation, and vendor coordination.
• Support QA/QC, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Superintendents and Project Managers on turn-over and closeout.
• Assist with changes, RFI tracking, and contract documentation.
