Jobot is seeking an experienced Permanent Project Engineer for our Colorado-based construction team. You will oversee projects from inception to completion, managing submittals, change orders, material coordination, and onsite meetings with clients and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The role requires at least 5 years in construction project engineering, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with project management software.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer in construction.
  • Proficient knowledge of submittals, process submittals, change orders, and material coordination.
  • Strong experience in conducting onsite meetings and documenting meeting notes.
  • Extensive experience in commercial construction projects.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using project management software and tools.
  • A professional engineer's license would be a plus.

Are you a seasoned Project Engineer with a knack for managing construction projects seamlessly? Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for seeing projects through from inception to completion? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Permanent Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, including submittals, process submittals, change orders, material coordination, onsite meetings, meeting notes, and commercial construction.

  • 7. Identifying potential project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • 8. Collaborating with project managers, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
