Job summary

Associated Drywall Partners in Indianapolis, IN is seeking energetic individuals to transition into Project Management within our Commercial Division. This role focuses on guiding field teams, running multiple jobsites, and delivering projects on time and on budget with support from the Project Manager.

You will work to ensure quality and client satisfaction, collaborating with project professionals while maintaining safety and cost controls.

Qualifications

• College degree or 1–3 years of PM experience.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong time management and safety focus.
• Valid driver’s license; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administratively manage a project: estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Superintendents.
• Act with integrity to support the company values and meet customer requirements and expectations.

Associated Drywall Partners, voted Walls & Ceilings Top 50 Contractors, is looking for energetic and motivated individuals with strong leadership skills to join our growing Commercial Division! We need people with strong leadership skills to help guide and grow our field side. We need Team Players who work will with others, who can run multiple jobsites, and enjoy a fast-paced work environment. This position is for someone who wants to transition to Project Management. They will be expected to run jobs in the field. Work with the Project Manger to deliver each job on time and on budget.

ADP has been in the drywall business since 1992 serving the hospitality industry, the residential markets, and commercial customers. Since our inception we have done a significant number of hotels, apartments, condominiums, student housing, assisted living projects, and residential homes for both production builders and custom builders

Essential Job Functions

• Responsible for administrative aspects of a project. Including, estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Superintendents
• Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and other associates, while maintaining a constant focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations

Necessary Qualifications

• College degree or 1-3 years of Project Management experience
• Basic computer skills
