Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Knowledge of CAD, BIM, HeavyBid preferred.
• Experience in cost tracking, submittals and RFIs.

Responsibilities

• Regular meetings with PM/Super, Clients and CM.
• Bid review for construction assumptions and deliverables.
• Develop working knowledge of plans and specifications.
• Set up field office, IT requirements and files.
• Manage submittals, RFIs and written correspondence.
