Job summary

Dhruvex Infra Projects Llp is seeking a capable civil construction professional to manage project execution on-site in the United States. You will plan, coordinate, and monitor daily activities, ensuring alignment with drawings, specifications, and budgets.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Excel and AutoCAD. Collaboration with PMs, QC, and design teams is essential to deliver projects on time and within quality standards.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with construction drawings, BOQs and quantity measurements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute day-to-day construction activities as per the project schedule.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, Planning Engineers, and other departments.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
• Identify delays and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise civil construction activities including excavation, concreting, masonry, reinforcement, and structural works.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor manpower, machinery, materials and equipment utilization.
• Review construction drawings, BOQs, specifications, and work orders.
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams for drawing clarifications.
• Maintain technical records and report deviations for necessary approval
• Ensure construction work complies with approved quality standards.
• Coordinate with QC team for inspections and testing.
• Plan manpower requirements based on project activities.
• Coordinate material procurement, delivery and availability at site.
• Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain workflow.
• Monitor project expenditure against the approved budget.
• Support quantity measurement, BOQ verification, and billing activities.
• Identify cost variations and report them to the Project Manager.
• Assist in controlling material wastage and improving resource utilization.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Track planned versus actual progress and identify critical delays.
• Maintain site records, measurement sheets, and work completion reports.
• Report project issues, resource requirements, and progress updates to management.

• Assist in preparing running account (RA) bills and measurement records.
• Ensure project documentation is submitted within the required timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Relevant experience in civil construction and project execution.
• Knowledge of construction drawings, BOQs, estimation, and quantity measurements.
• Understanding of quality control, safety procedures, and construction methods.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage site activities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project planning tools, as required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
