Job summary

FUJIFILM Electronic Materials, U.S.A., Inc. has an exciting opportunity at our Pueblo, CO facility for a Project Engineer.

The role leads asset creation from front end loading through commissioning and closure, overseeing building infrastructure, capacity expansions and NPI initiatives. You will manage cross-functional teams, develop study documentation, ensure process safety, maintain schedules and budgets, and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

  • BS degree in Chemical (preferred) or Mechanical Engineering required.
  • 9+ years of experience in chemical process, semiconductor, food, or pharmaceutical industries with plant/process engineering background.
  • Strong ability to create and interpret P&IDs and isometrics; understand design curves of field equipment.
  • Experience with process parameter development including mass flow, heat transfer and material balances.

Responsibilities

  • Lead asset creation from FEL to commissioning/closure and lessons learned.
  • Manage multi-discipline project teams (civil/structural, electrical/instrument, mechanical, chemical/process, IT, labs).
  • Maintain documentation packages: scopes, drawings, hazard reviews, permits, schedules, cost estimates, and funding requests.
  • Drive safety, compliance, budget control, and on-schedule project delivery.
  • Foster contract relationships and continuous improvements in project execution.
