Responsibilities

• Lead asset creation from FEL through commissioning and lessons learned.
• Manage documentation: scopes, P&IDs, hazard reviews, permits, cost estimates, AFE, specs, contracts, POs, commissioning plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, budget, and operability.
